While most of us enjoy coffee for its taste and its ability to wake us up, people in Ethiopia use coffee as a way to socialize with friends and family. According to SAVEUR Magazine, "coffee ceremonies are a large part of the social culture in Ethiopia and other coffee-growing regions," much like tea ceremonies throughout Asia. Take a look at the video above, featuring Kedega Srage, an Ethiopian who moved to New York to open Bunna Cafe, located in Bushwick.
